BEHIND THE BRAND
Hi everyone, my name is Christy Carroll. A little about myself. I’m a proud Ohio native from Ft. Loramie and now reside in Tipp City just north of Dayton, OH. As a youth I took a keen interest in creative arts, ultimately attending college for photography and graphic design. In my mid twenties I took a leap of faith and moved to Colorado where I eventually met my husband. As the saying goes, the rest is history! While running my own photography and graphic design business over the past 11 years, I’ve gained experience working in advertising and marketing along with event planning.
While I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all those experiences I keep circling back to my entrepreneurial roots… today I’m super excited to announce the launch of my new adventure: Buck & Co. Mercantile! Buck & Co. will leverage my experience in graphic design, marketing, web design, and more! This is my first foray into merchandising and retail so I am excited to see where this new journey takes me and I hope to have a very positive impact on the awesome community I now call home. I look forward to being able to serve this community and give back in a really big way.

BEHIND THE NAME
BUCK & CO. MERCANTILE
If you have ever had the privilege to meet my dad, you know that he lived his life to the fullest and brought joy to everyone around him! His real name is William but everyone knew him by Buck! He gave the biggest bear hugs to everyone that came in his path, whether he knew you or not. In March of 2021, I suddenly lost my dad. I think of him every day and miss him dearly! He was kind to everyone and never judged a soul. He loved just as He wants us to.
I wanted a name to honor him in some way. He was always proud of me, and loved me unconditionally till his last breath! I hope this business venture makes him proud! ​
